From there, I design a fully personalized program, tailored macros, simple meal guidance, and the structure you need to actually follow through. We track your daily habits — steps, sleep, nutrition, stress — and stay connected through weekly check-ins, video form reviews, and monthly FaceTime calls. This is high-level coaching with real accountability, real support, and real results.
